How very fortunate we were to meet Fredy. He is honest and a hard worker who kept the communication flowing at all points of our project. Fredy and his team worked efficiently to create a high-quality new roof for our home in a short period of time. The crew meticulously cleaned up our property each evening. After the project was completed, Fredy came back to examine it and wanted to fine detail one last aspect to make sure everything was done perfectly. Should we need to have some deck work done, we definitely know who we will call and can rely on. Thank you Fredy and your team for everything!

Anybody considering a roof replacement or painting project should consider Freddy and his crew. They replaced our 30 yr old cedar shake roofs with new sheeting and comp shingles on our home and 2 other buildings. They were prompt, considerate, and effecient. We were so impressed with that job, we contracted them to paint all three buildings place new gutters and build a carport addition to our shop.
They showed up on time when promised and throughly cleaned up at the end of every day. There attention to detail and instruction was 5 star work.

Fredy and his team of professionals are excellent. Prompt, efficient, tidy and knowledgeable. They corrected issues left behind by the contractor. Knew just how to accomplish the job, stayed within the cost estimate and time line. When we needed new home gutters - we immediately contacted Fredy. He responded promptly and delivered a quality response. Attentive follow up. This team is now our first “go to” for projects - every time!
After a tree fell and caused significant damage to our garage and house, Fredy and his team removed the tree, cleaned up everything very quickly, and temporarily installed tarps, etc. to protect our house.
After sorting things out with our insurance company, we hired them to do the repairs. They performed excellent work both externally and internally. Good communication and very thorough cleanup of site as they progressed.
Subsequently hired them for some additional smaller projects.

Work was done in a relatively quickly and professionally. The contractor was very engaged, and the estimate provided was met/no hidden surprise costs. Awesome work, very pleased with end results and overall all service provided.

Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Fredy and team did a fantastic job on new asphalt roof & Gutters install + installing a new railing on an aging deck to meet code for the Insurance requirements. We were under a time constraint and Fredy & crew got the job done in 3 days. It looks like a new house. They did what they said they would do, arrived when they said they would and completed the job quickly. They cleaned up after as if they were never there. As an unexpected touch, Fredy sent me drone shots of the work in progress and the finished job. Fredy communicated every step of the process and was proactive on letting me know scheduling and timelines. We are super happy with the professionalism and results. I cannot recommend Waterproof Roofing enough. You could just tell from the very beginning of the bid process that Fredy was an honest hard-working guy who wanted to do a great job for his customer. I really appreciated his effort and would hire him again when I need another project done. They really do have roofing down to a science. They have their own trailer for waste, bring in their own porta potty and manufacture and install the gutters themselves and don't sub anything out. Hard working crew and very professional. This was my first interaction with Fredy and his team and I was very impressed. Not only did his team get the job done well and very quickly, but they were also very helpful and accommodating while navigating the need for me to first remove my solar panels. Furthermore, when the solar company asked to adjust their schedule due to other job cancellations, Fredy and his team flexed as well and came in really and knocked the job out in 3 days!! I’m very happy with the work they did and how accommodating they were. I would recommend them for roof replacement.
I have used Fredy and his crew on three projects; two were for a new roof, gutters and insulation, and the other was for a roof repair. Fredy is very responsive, communicative and does great work. Upon inspecting his work, I have noticed that he uses the best materials to ensure a long lasting roof. No project is too far or too difficult for him. Two of my projects were local and the other was hours away. The picture is of the most recent project completed by Fredy. Other roofers told us they were not able to complete our most recent project because the pitch of the roof is too steep (see picture), but Fredy started the job in days. I highly recommend giving Fredy the opportunity to win your business, you might be pleasantly surprised what a great roofer can do.
