Ezequiel and Julie were so easy to work with! They explained everything clearly and gave me several options to repair my roof and add smart vents. And they sent photos for my records after the job was done. I'll definitely use them again when I have more roofing projects!

We needed a total roof replacement on our home, as we discovered that it was our original 1950s roof under three layers of shingle. Of the four bids we solicited, Silva's was the most competitive and included new gutters. Ezequiel and Julie were also a pleasure to work with, prompt and communicative. The work was done with care and speed, even when they had to work around a surprise hailstorm and some rare Seattle snow. Ezequiel was always on site, working as hard as his crew: they did beautiful work!

Two years ago we hired Silva Roofing to replace our entire roof. At first I was a little nervous to hire a smaller company but wow, am I glad we did. During the massive bomb cyclone we had in Seattle our skylight started leaking into our living room. The owner, Ezequiel, was out here the very next morning fixing it, even though it wasn't his job! He also checked to make sure his previous work wasn't leaking and charged a very reasonable amount to replace the skylight. He is a phenonmenal worker. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Silva for any work. I trust them implicitly!

These guys were amazing!! They were really easy to deal with, he came out right away to give me a quote on my roof repair and was able to come out to fix it the next weekend. They explained what was going on with my roof and what he needed to do to fix it, he also gave me tips on how to keep it in good shape for as long as possible. I was really impressed by the guy's knowledge on roofing. On the day of the roof fix he showed up early and was really a hard worker. I was impressed that he asked about making loud noises because he didn't want my neighbors getting mad. The work he did looks great and it's like he was never here, no messes. And the price was great!! I was not expecting such all around good work and service for the low price, there price was hundreds under the other quotes I got. I solicited six bids for my roof replacement project, carefully reviewed each and spoke with all bidders before I decided to have Ezequiel do the job and I'm very happy about my decision. He is very professional and customer oriented and unlike most roofing companies, his quote was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will certainly use him again for my properties.

Ezequiel came out to take care of the severe moss growth on our new home. The roof was in pretty bad shape and had a lot of moss creeping under the tiles. He was very detailed and took as much time as needed to make sure all moss was removed. He also took a look at our roof to see if there were any concerns. The only thing he found was that we had some exposed nail heads. He covered them with silicone for no extra fee.
Our roof lookes incredible now and the price was very reasonable. We will continue to use his services for roof maintenance and repair.
