Great communication, inspected the roof and pointed out areas of wear but ultimately the roof didn’t need replacing this year. No pressure to upsell. The roof did need moss removal and treatment, he remove a years worth of moss, cleaned all gutters and applied treatment. Great experience all around. When we do need a roof we will definitely call Rufus Roofing!

Had a leak during a heavy rain and called out a roof repair crew. They came the next day and got right to work. Didn’t try to push anything I didn’t need which I appreciate. The roof looks great and no more water coming in. They were friendly and finished in a few hours. I did have to sweep up some debris after but no big deal. Was nervous at first cause it’s hard to trust roofers, but these guys knew what they were doing. Would use them again if I ever need more repairs in the future.

Great job with before and after photos to compare exactly what was done. Very responsive to questions and explaining the pictures. Definitely recommend.
