Pro Care is great. They do our gutters, window cleaning and power washing. Excellent communication with the office staff and the on-site workers do a great job. I love that they proactively reach out when it’s time for gutter cleaning, because I’m too busy to remember myself! Highly recommend!

Communications about my appointment were clear, the tech came on time and did a great job. He left my yard very clean and filled up yard waste with debris. He also determined that we didn't need moss treatment, so I wasn't charged for a service I didn't need. I look forward to having Pro Care back next year!

Setting up the appointment by phone call was quick and efficient. The roof moss treatment was scheduled within a few days. The technician explained how he was applying the treatment and showed me pictures of the application when done. Great job.

BEST of service transactions; straightforward as buying a loaf of bread ! At crunch time, between storm & holidays, we called; they answered. We asked to have gutters cleaned; they offered dates. They told us what time crew would arrive on our chosen date, said Thank you & Have a nice day. There was no suggestion of complications which may result in added cost; no hemming, hawing, or 'fishing' for other bits of work which they might charge for. The single Technician arrived on schedule, needed no help from us whatsoever, left our home in much better shape than he found it, was efficient as well as polite, gave us his verbal report, and left... We will for sure call them this spring, and ask if they can do other work for us too.

The Pro Care team have done a fantastic work cleaning up my roof and preventing moss growth for more than 10 years.! They were detail oriented, very reliable, and showed high quality workmanship. In addition, they provided their services at a reasonable price. I will surely hire them again and again in the future.

The estimate was wrong for Holiday lighting initially, and there was going to be a $2,000 up charge, but the business owner split it with me, which was more than fair. The install quality on the lights, especially in one difficult tree over water, was awesome. It looks great.

Met expectations in every way- the booking, communications, the work, professionalism, he went above and beyond, and was slow and careful with everything. I was worried about debris falling into the water feature and flower bed but he brought plastic cover and took good care. Will definitely use this company again.

We have used ProCare for three years now to clean our white window frames, outside tracks and windows. We have had a good experience each year and find it really helps maintain our new windows. This year in particular the tech was so pleasant to deal with and very detailed. I felt her really cared about doing a great job.

They are wonderful to work with, very responsive and final prices match what the bid was. No last minute charges. I've used them for pressure-washing and window cleaning. Pro Care employees are very respectful of property and their prices are competitive. I like supporting local businesses and am very happy I found them.

Update 10/2024: In addition to the listed services, we have had them hang and take down our Christmas lights each of the past 4-5 years. We have used them various times over the past several years for gutter/window cleaning and am always happy with their professionalism and quality of work. All of that coupled with fair pricing makes hiring Pro Care a no-brainer!

Pro care Inc. continues to do great work! They are very reliable and a pleasure to work with throughout the process of scheduling, pressure washing my sidewalks and deck, cleaning windows and are reasonably priced.

In freezing January weather....Arrived on time-went quickly to work- very friendly- communicated well. I also had a tiny stick in one downspout- that had clogged up the downspout- they cleared the obstruction and now - ALL IS WELL! Andrew is fantastic - they should be proud to have him as an employee as he represents Pro-Care very well.

I've been using the company for years to clean my windows and screens (inside and out) and for my annual holiday lights. They are 100% reliable, on time, and they do an excellent job. My neighbors have been so impressed that they now use Pro Care as well. I can't recommend them enough!

We had our roof blown off, gutters cleaned, and custom Christmas lights installed. The gentleman who did the work, arrived when requested, was very professional, did an excellent job, and cleaned up prior to leaving. We are very pleased with his work, and will absolutely hire them again.

Pro Care has been providing pressure washing and window cleaning services to my house since 2018. I have always been super impressed by the result. Not only the quality is great, whenever there's a judgement call by the technician on which way to go to fulfill the order, they always err on the side of doing more, not less. In the last few years, with costs rising everywhere, their fee has increased quite significantly from when I started their service, almost doubled from the 2018 level. I was understandably upset but the quality of their work always convinced me to stay with them. They are and will be my first choice when it comes to pressure wash my house and keep the windows clean.

They have cleaned our windows many times over several years They do a nice job and clean up after themselves. They do our windows inside and out plus a skylight a couple of times a year. Fast and efficient. Just a week or two ago I had them clean off or roof and gutters. The technician showed up on time, did the job quickly, including cleaning a skylight on the roof. He also was able to assure me that the roof seemed to be sound and not in danger of leaking anytime soon.
