NW Remodeling did a full remodel for my home. This included a new kitchen, two bathrooms, flooring and painting. I have had other homes remodeled as I own various properties in King County but never had such a smooth process with any subcontractor, much less a big company. NW Remodeling was quite literally the complete opposite of anyone I have come in contact with. They were very prepared with all steps from beginning to end, helped with ideas in regards to layout of design or any material that would match and compliment everything else that was being installed. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a stress free project with the right crew.

This company cold called me about home remodeling. I reluctantly agreed to an appointment, which they even confirmed by phone. then asked for an extra hour. Despite that, they never showed up. They use multiple phone numbers, none of which work when you try to call back. When I did finally get through their unusual phone system, the whole thing felt shady, and I suspect there’s more going on behind the scenes. Thankfully, I never got far enough to find out.

Had an appointment scheduled with George the project manager, and he never showed up. He also never replied to my phone calls or text messages.

Thankfully, I found a better construction remodeling company that actually cares about their customers and shows up when they schedule appointments and/or acknowledges text messages and phone calls.
