To our surprise; Homeservice sent someone the same day that we called—on a Saturday!
Hudson was outstanding. Service oriented, and patient as we dug out our sprinkler box. After some trouble shooting, he determined where the leak was coming from. Unfortunately, they don’t service sprinkler leaks. But after being at our house for an hour; digging with us, and troubleshooting our problem, he didn’t charge us a dime! Super courteous about it all. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed Honeservices Plumbers’ service. I had a toilet clogged and call their company line. They told me the plumber will be there in 2 hours and the cost was very reasonable, $99 plus tax. Jacob came and unclogged the toilet within 15 minutes! He personally called me and let me know the job is done with one year warranty! Good companies like them don’t come by very often these days. I am glad I have found one. I will keep them as my preferred vendor for future jobs!

We had a new water heater installed. The technician James was great....courteous,punctual, and knowledgeable!. I would recommend Homeservice Plumbers to anybody.

My Neighbor’s sewer line on our shared street was clogged due to tree roots. A 5 foot trench was dug to remove the clog pipe. I was concerned that my sewer line would get damaged by the digging. I asked Jared to scope my line after the work on the street was done to assure my line wasn’t damaged— fully prepared for a “no” answer. To my appreciation, Jared agreed, scoped my line, and assured me that my line was intact and not damaged. That’s going above and beyond, in my humble opinion, and deserves recognition, thank you. After the street repair, I did have questions about the work and Homeservice addressed those concerns. I really appreciate their responsiveness to my concerns.

I had a plumbing issue and they came out immediately. On the first visit we were not charged at all....they do the right thing and I would strongly recommend engaging this company.

Jared was great through the whole process. Had a main sewer line backup on a Sunday evening and they came out without any extra charges and got it clear within a couple hours.
With recommendations on how to improve my system the next morning. I followed the recommendations and They provided me with options and easy payments and had the work done when they said it would be done. They had to dig up my yard and now that its finished you can barely tell the yard was ever dug up.

Hopefully they give me a magnet to put on the fridge with their number on it in case I ever need them again.

I called Hone Service Plumbing for a backed up drain and they sent Brandon out to my house within one hour of my call. He was courteous, professional and was able to troubleshoot and fix my issue in about 30 minutes. I was charged exactly what I was quoted over the phone which I really appreciate. I will recommend them to friends and family and I will not hesitate to call them in the future for any additional problems should they arise. 10/10 experience. I would like to thank the people at Homeservice plumbers for their excellent service. Winston realized our toilet hose had a bad washer and went and picked one up. I didn’t get all the names of the people that replaced our drain pipe under concrete but they did an excellent job and I will likely never have to snake the drain again. Also I would like to thank Justin for updating me on the status when they saw what was under the cement.

There is no way this company legitimately has 5 stars. They are a scam operation. They "fixed" the knob that turns my shower on twice. Their first fix didn't work so I called them out again and their initial quote to replace the knob with the second fix was $450. Ridiculous. I said no way. The guy said, "how much are you willing to pay?" The knob that was "ordered from Germany" didn't turn on the water 2 days after they replaced it. I removed it myself. I saw the same knob at Home Depot for $12. Buyer beware. They have no idea what they're doing, and their prices are incomprehensible.

I called them for help they came out same day I had to work so I gave them 140 deposit the worker put 10 out of his own pocket to make 150 without me thinking about it they found that the problem was from work performed by last company that worked on it so it was covered and repaired buy last plumbing company and and home service plumbers refunded all the money without leaving one question didn't charge me anything they're the ones that figured out the problem from the other company messed up on they're very trusting and loyal people

Do yourself a BIG favor and call Homeservice Plumbers for your plumbing needs. These guys are quick, reliable and most importantly Honest. Request for Xavier, this young man went above and beyond and service was was fantastic.

Arrived on time, polite, professional, smelled nice. He explained problem, gave estimate, performed job very neat, quiet and quick. Gave warranty info twice, stuck to estimate and left business cards for other jobs I may need. Very impressed and will call again!

He explained the issue and my options clearly and honestly, and was great at answering all my questions and talking things through with me. Called these guys at 10 am on the 3rd of july for a sink relocation and there estimater (sorry I forgot his name) was on site by 1130, he helped me figure out exactly what needed to happen per code, and was very helpful during the demo taking my phone calls and text messages while I prepped for the technicians. The technicians James and Bradley did an out standing job very friendly and professional, even though I watched em work and asked a lot of questions.

Brandin did a great job on resolving bath tub clog issue. Showed up within 2 hours of my initial call on Sunday, making the tub draining like a new one. Highly recommended!

This morning, Jared stopped by (4th of July) to assess a plumbing issue I am having. He was patient and honest as I’ve had bad experiences with contractors and am not very trusting any longer. Best plumbing company I’ve encountered. Two occasions now Justin has helped us out with our drains. There’s no bs when it comes to how much money; each time we were offered what was advertised on their website. Despite having another company come prior to them who quoted me $400 higher in price! (Which I denied and called Home Service) their transparency and helpfulness has made a forever customer out of my household should any future issues occur. Called to get someone out to fix our backed up shower drain and within two hours it was fixed. Justin showed up right on time and was super friendly, even cleaned the tub up for us before leaving. 10/10

There was a problem with the initial installation that turned out to be unrelated to their work, but they came back twice to resolve it at no additional cost. Great work and really liked that they gave a 2 hour window, not all day like other companies. Eric was courteous and professional and did a great job resolving the problem quickly.

Right off the bat, we liked that the initial visit/diagnosis was free. Winston was amazing! Even though it was late in the day, he gave a diagnosis within 5 minutes of arriving and was willing to do the repair the same visit! Our water pressure has been weak for years and we wouldn't have guessed that a washer was lodged in the wrong way, the shower head had build up and there there was possibly galvanization in the pipes-- all possibly contributing to the problem. The issue we had for years was fixed within two hours at a price that was at least 75% less than what another company quoted over the phone. Could not be more pleased and hope I get Winston for all our future plumbing fixes!
