We had a mold issue in one of our bathrooms that we needed remediated. Eilon assessed the issue, ordered proper mold testing which was crucial as we had black mold and recommended a solution within my budget requirements.
We ended up having to replace the entire ceiling, remove the bathtub, open the walls and rebuild with proper waterproofing. We also took the opportunity to replace the bathtub with a walk-in shower. The mold issue came from the fan's exhaust not being connected to any roof vent and this was also fixed for our 2 bathrooms.
Mario's team did an outstanding job. We knew exactly what was going to be done and how. Everything was done quickly and the entire team was very professional and friendly. This was a dirty job because of the amount of demolition required but it was handled with all the necessary precaution so we did not have any issues with dust or overall cleanliness during the entire process.
We are very satisfied of the end result and we are enjoying our new bathroom.

We had a leak situation involving two bathrooms - black mold downstairs, which was thought to be a leak from the bathroom upstairs. We were in contact with some plumbers and insurance for the issue, so by the time Home services plus people came, we already went through mitigation sent by insurance that basically tore up the entire upstairs bathroom (downstairs was still useable but had hole in the ceiling). Insurance estimated a joke of $500 for the fix (with no payout since our deductible was $1k). I found this company on Google after some search for contractors that work with insurance and Eilon came out. They gave me confidence with their experienced insurance adjustor that will work with the insurance company to get the actual cost of the job paid out. I was basically completely hands off - kudos to Shawn; thank you for the great work! Once they started work, I got to also work with Mario, who was also very friendly and accommodating; him and the workers that came were very skilled and trustworthy to get the job done well. I'm really happy with the work that was done on both our bathrooms. Eilon, Mario, and everyone that I interacted with was quick in their communication and responses and to any concerns I had without fault. I only wish I had called them sooner rather than being stressed about dealing with insurance and unable to use a bathroom for 4 months :'D
